Kylie Minogue has become the first female to achieve Number 1 on UK Album Chart in five consecutive decades after her new album DISCO skyrocketed to the top of the chart.
The singer, 52, has now had a number one in every decade since the 1980s when she ditched her career in Aussie soap Neighbours and launched a pop music career.
Her new release, which raced ahead of Little Mix's Confetti to the top spot, comes as the UK sees the biggest opening week of 2020 in the UK, with 55,000 chart sales being made.
