Kylie Minogue has addressed her past legal battle over the trademark of her name with Kylie Jenner.The influential ladies went head to head in court in 2017 over a dispute that arose when both stars wanted to name their cosmetic ranges "Kylie".

While the Keeping Up With The Kardashians beauty and mum-of-two had enormous success with her makeup company, briefly becoming a billionaire, and showed off her makeup prowess at sister Kourtney Kardashian's wedding, the star's attempt to patent it as just Kylie was rejected by the long-established singer, 54.

Minogue took the 24 year old to court and the former subsequently won. Appearing on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live show in the US, the former Neighbours actress opened up about what happened as she insisted it was "just business, obviously".
