Kylie Jenner's boyfriend Travis Scott has opened his wallet for students trying to get ahead in life.The rapper has donated $1 million to black college students who earned over a 3.5 GPA.The gift was part of his Project Heal initiative that launched in March and is overseen by his sister Jordan Webster.

It seems to be an effort to repair his image after 10 people died at his Astroworld concert in Houston, Texas in November. Attempting to repair his image: Kylie Jenner's boyfriend Travis Scott has donated $1 million to black college students who earned over a 3.5 GPA.

The couple are pictured here at the Billboard Awards on Sunday'Excellence abounds in every black household, but too often opportunity does not – and black students are left behind or counted out,' said Scott this week. 'So that's what my family and I set out to change.'We congratulate all 100 scholarship recipients this year.
