The emotional rollercoaster of a trailer follows the lives of the famous Kardashian family and their struggle to cope with their over-the-top lives.

The most shocking part of the clip, however, features Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson, those who have had their fair share of controversies but have still managed to remain the best parents they can be to two-year-old True Thompson.

In the trailer, the couple are seen hinting towards welcoming a new baby. "I just feel like it's now time to have another kid," she tells the NBA player in the clip.
