Kristen Bell Reveals Husband Dax Shephard's Unexpected Reaction to Her Chemistry With Adam Brody

During a recent interview, the 44-year-old actress reflected on the steamy connection that she developed with Adam in the new Netflix series.
She also explained how her husband responded to it, and he definitely had an unexpected reaction! Keep reading to find out more… Speaking to eTalk, Kristen said that she was shocked by how good she and Adam look together. “Even I can acknowledge watching it, like, ‘Whoa, that’s hot,’” she said. “My husband said the same thing.” She continued, adding, “Watching the first episode he was like, ‘Oh my god, I want you to kiss him so badly.’” Kristen noted that “there is a math” to developing that sort of chemistry. “You have two actors that know how to stare dopily into each other’s eyes, and you have to have the confidence to expand that and really sit in the anticipatory value before the kiss — which I think is really important,” she said.
However, that’s not all it takes by a long shot: “But then beyond that I guess whether or not people actually wanna see you end up with someone is a crapshoot, and we just kind of got lightning in a bottle.” The interview comes a few weeks after Dax addressed a huge rumor about his sex life with Kristen.
