She uploaded a snap of her and the Blink-182 icon holding hands as they walked on the grass. Only Kourtney was going for the Disney theme as Travis opted for a backwards cap and had his shirt off “Little birthday vibes,” she captioned the sweet post.
Her beau commented on the post with a simple red heart and black heart emoji. Another photo showed the mum-of-three pouting for the camera alone while another had her on a golf cart posing in the driveway of her house.
