The Knives Out franchise is expanding in a huge way! Netflix is closing on a deal to make not one, but two sequels to the 2019 hit movie Knives Out, which would be directed by Rian Johnson and will star Daniel Craig once again, Deadline reported Wednesday (March 31). Daniel Craig will reprise his role as Benoit Blanc. Rian wrote the original movie, and has written the sequels.

Sources say the deal will be worth more than $400 million, making it one of the biggest streamer movie deals in history. While the news of a sequel was already known, it was not known that there was a bidding war between streamers.
