It was recorded at Buckingham Palace, and set to offer an exclusive insight into the King’s relationship with music.It will be available on Apple Music 1 at 6am on March 10, and additional radio broadcasts will be available throughout Monday and Tuesday on Apple Music 1 and Apple Music Hits.
On the playlist will be a selection of tracks that reflect the royal’s personal taste, including 1930s crooners, Afrobeats stars, disco icons and reggae giants.Also featured is an introduction read by King Charles III, as well as a number of anecdotes about how he came to discover the songs and how they helped form the soundtrack of his life.“Throughout my life, music has meant a great deal to me.
I know that is also the case for so many others.
