The rehearsal for King Charles' Coronation took place in the early hours of Tuesday morning as horses and military personnel paraded through the streets.
The practice procession was due to take place at 10pm on Monday night but was delayed before hundreds of military officers set off on horseback across central London.
King Charles and Queen Camilla will travel from Westminster Abbey via Parliament Square, along Whitehall, around Trafalgar Square, through Admiralty Arch and down The Mall back to Buckingham Palace on May 6.
Their procession spans just 1.3 miles in comparison to the late Queen's 1953 celebratory journey, which travelled five miles through London including Piccadilly, Oxford Street, and Regent Street.
