Kim Kardashian was quick to help struggling Scott Disick as he told young son Reign all about the grandparents he will never meet.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians makers E! have released a never-been-seen clip of the pair's emotional chat with the five-year-old.

Going through old photos, Scott, 37, begins to open up. His parents Bonnie and Jeffrey tragically died within months of each other more than seven years ago.

Scott's ex sister-in-law helps things along as he struggles to talk about his mum and dad. "It must be so good to have all of these," Kim tells Scott as she sees the album on the table in the season 18 clip.
