Kim Kardashian 'worried and embarrassed' after ex Kanye West's actions in Italy

Rapper Kanye, 46, and Bianca, 28, have been spotted out and about in Italy wearing a series of attention-grabbing outfits, including Bianca wearing nearly-nude catsuits, and Kanye covering up in baggy black clothing, often with his face covered.
Kanye, who suffers from bipolar disorder, has been seen walking the streets barefoot and swinging an open bottle of champagne from his hands, whilst more recently, he was seen exposing his bare buttocks whilst on a boat with his 'wife'.
A source claims that his ex-wife Kim is said to be 'so worried' about Kanye's recent behaviour, and is fretting about 'how she will explain it all to their kids'.
