Kim, 41, looked sensational in a grey figure-hugging ensemble complete with a corset crop top and matching coloured lace leggings.

The star matched the look with a large silver and black cross around her neck and wore her newly blonde hair up in a stylish bun.The mum of four finished the look with metallic glasses and grey heels as she soaked up the sun in Portofino, Italy, ahead of the family wedding.
