Taking to Instagram on Monday, the gorgeous mum-of-four left her adoring fans drooling as she shared a sexy snap of her toned tummy covered in whipped cream spelling out ‘SKIMS’ on her abs.
Another video clip saw one of Kim’s assistants holding a can of whipped cream as they scrawled the letters across her oiled-up body.
