The 40-year-old reality star took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday night (September 9) to update fans on the injury. Kim shared a photo of Saint in a wheelchair and captioned it, “Who do you think cried more today?
My baby broke his arm in a few places today. I’m not ok.” The next story showed Saint‘s arm in a cast that goes above his elbow. “Poor baby,” she captioned that photo with a sad face emoji.
This isn’t the first time that Saint has faced a tough health issue this past year. Kim revealed back in May that he tested positive for COVID-19 and then she and the rest of the kids tested positive as well. Click through the gallery to see
