Kim Kardashian posts rare pic with all four of her kids after taking Milan by storm

While the entrepreneur and TV personality often posts images of her kids, the whole family unit is rarely photographed together.
But while working in Italy, Kim, 41, posted a series of black and white images to her Instagram feed.The first image shows Kim sat on a couch with a moody Psalm, 3, and smiley Chicago, 4, to her right.
North and Saint West sit to her left, and of course the whole family looks as fashionable and chic as ever. “Amore,” she captioned the photo series, which also includes shots of her catwalk appearance, as well as other models and fashion insiders, and her own celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton.
