Kim Kardashian has taken to social media to express her horror after seeing 'disturbing' pictures of a young protester allegedly hit at point blank with a rubber bullet.

The 39-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has offered to provide the injured protester with medical care if she needs it.

The reality star re-shared an image with her 65.3 million Twitter followers of the protester after she had been wounded. In the post, Shannyn Sharyse Nara, 23, look away from the camera and revealed a gaping hole in her forehead where a rubber bullet is believed to have hit her.
