Louis Park. George’s death during a police arrest was captured on a video, which quickly went viral after it was posted online.
In the clip, members of the Minneapolis Police Force have pinned him to the ground. One officer is seen kneeling across his neck.
George’s nose is bleeding while he pleads, “Please, I can’t breathe.” Onlookers recording the arrest beg the officers to “let him breathe.” Towards the end of the video, George goes silent and motionless.
