Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order against a man who allegedly believes to have been in telepathic communication with the her.Andre Persaud is forbidden from contacting Kim and must remain at least 100 yards away from her after he went to her home at least three times in August, according to TMZ.

The restraining order will remain in effect for the next five years and was granted Monday.Kim, 42, claims to have never met Andre and was concerned he would become violent after he allegedly claimed to have been armed, according to the site.

He must also relinquish any firearms he may already have to law enforcement. Kim was previously granted a temporary restraining order against Persaud last month.
