Kim Kardashian's son Saint has broken his arm and the reality star has been left horrified as a result.The star, 40, took to Instagram to share her shock after her son suffered the nasty break and uploaded an image of the sweet five year old.

Saint could be seen sitting in a wheelchair in a hospital in the picture, with Saint being pushed along by his mum.The youngster had a pillow on his lap and a bandage over his arm.

Kim penned: "Who do you think cried more today? My baby broke his arm in a few places today. I'm not ok." Saint's bandage could be seen over his forearm and he clutched his arm.
