Kim Kardashian Cleared of Defamation Charge in Blac Chyna, Another Charge Still Pending

Kim Kardashian has been given some good news amid her trial against Blac Chyna. Chyna filed a $100 million lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family for defamation and for interfering in her contract for Rob and Chyna.

The judge handed Kim a partial victory in the cast on Friday afternoon (April 29). Click inside to read more… Deadline reports that the judge “found that Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, showed no evidence during trial that Kim Kardashian said anything defamatory about the 33-year-old Chyna.” Kim is now off the hook for the defamation charge, but she’s still facing the contract interference claim. Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian are still accused of defamation and contract interference.

A jury is now deliberating on those counts. Rob Kardashian delivered an emotional testimony during the trial this week.
