Kim Kardashian has opened up on how she nursed Kanye West back to health during his "scary" coronavirus battle.The 39 year old, whose brand Skims finally launched in the UK with her own theme cafe, was left to take care of her rapper husband without any help after he caught the deadly bug in late February.The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star explained she had to wear a face shield and gloves while changing the 43 year old's bedsheets when there wasn't a great deal of information available on the virus.
