Khloe Kardashian has shared a surprising tribute to her ex-fiancé Tristan Thompson on his birthday, as she gushed over the father of her children despite their rollercoaster past.

Khloe, 38, and Tristan were had an on-off relationship for years, before secretly getting engaged in February 2021. But the former couple were already broken up once more by Christmas that year, when the news broke that Tristan had fathered a secret child with a personal trainer.

What's more, as a devastated Khloe tried to process the news, she was also keeping her own secret from the world that she and Tristan had decided to have another baby together via a surrogate.

Fast forward more than a year, and the former couple are now healthily co-parenting their children - daughter True, and a baby son, whose name they are yet to reveal. "Happy birthday @realtristan13," Khloe began her emotional post. "You are truly the best father, brother & uncle.
