Drama unfolded as a pair of high heels were flung across the room which was decorated for Khloe's big birthday surprise. Playful scenes saw the birthday girl get into a scuffle with her sisters Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian.
Khloe climbed on top of Kourtney while she was trying to drag Kendall onto the corner sofa by taking hold of her handbag. Kris Jenner's younger lover Corey Gamble was quick to offer the catwalk model a helping hand during the scuffle.
