Khloé, 38, attended the Dolce & Gabbana fashion show to watch her older sister Kim, 41, strut her stuff on the catwalk on 24 September.
She was joined her mum Kris Jenner, 66, and her boyfriend Corey Gamble, 41, as well as three of Kim's four children; North, nine, Saint, six, and four year old Chicago.
While mum-of-four Kim was the centre of attention at the show, mum-of-two Khloé was causing a stir backstage as she got to know Netflix star Michele, 31.
