Khloe Kardashian penned a very loving birthday tribute to her five-year-old daughter True on Thursday, gushing about her 'gentle, empathetic, loving, happy, grateful and silly' little girl.

The reality star, 38 – who showered her daughter with love earlier in the day by posting adorable throwback photos – captioned a collection of snaps that showed True in pretty pink dress.

With her lustrous curls styled in an updo, the birthday girl beamed in the center of a lavish display of desserts and balloons, which was merely one piece of her lavish bash.

Filling her caption with love, Khloe wrote: 'True, you must have heard me from heaven because I prayed for you for years.  'I must’ve done something right, because I have been blessed with one of the most gentle, empathetic, loving, happy, grateful and silly little girls.
