Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are meeting face to face for the first time in almost nine years.

During the season 6 premiere of The Kardashians, which was released on Thursday (February 6), the 40-year-old reality star reunited with the 45-year-old former NBA player after he recently bumped into her longtime BFF Malika Haqq.

Before their reunion at the end of the episode, Khloe looked back at her tumultuous relationship with Lamar. Keep reading to find out more… If you forgot, Khloe and Lamar married back in 2009 and split in 2013. Khloe rushed to Lamar‘s side after his drug overdose in 2015 and helped him recover.

Their divorce was finalized in 2016 and Khloe hasn’t seen him since that same year after she kicked him out of the house she rented for him as he recovered after the overdose. “Lamar was and is definitely someone that I felt was the love of my life,” Khloe said in a confessional. “I got married when I was 24 and although him and I got married 30 days to the day we met, I loved him with all of my heart and soul.” I took my vows very seriously and I was married for about seven years,” she continued. “But there were bigger things that were not fixable in that marriage.
