Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian have reportedly purchased a pair of side-by-side homes for a whopping $37 million and we have photos of the construction sites!

The homes are located in a gated community in Hidden Hills, Calif. and records have revealed the prices of each estate. Click inside to see how much each home cost and to see all of the photos… Kris‘ home cost $20 million while Khloe‘s home cost $17 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Both homes are still under construction and Kris will have a bigger floor plan with more than 16,000 square feet of living space. Khloe‘s home is going to be closer to 10,000 square feet of living space.
