Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson were reportedly secretly engaged for months before the news broke he had cheated again.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians icon, 38, and sports star, 31, share two children together, having welcomed their youngest, a son, via surrogate in August.

Khloe and Tristan, who also have daughter True, four, had previously been a couple but split due to the NBA star cheating. And while they rekindled their relationship during the pandemic as they co-parented their daughter together, things fell apart last year when Tristan was found to have fathered a child with another woman.

He apologised to Khloe, who was devastated by the revelation, and matters were made worse when it was revealed that the former couple had already begun the process to welcome another child together via surrogate.
