The reality star, 38, welcomed the arrival of her second child with former partner Tristan Thompson via surrogate in July of last year.The couple have five-year-old daughter True together, too.
Khloe opened up about the experience in the season three premiere of Hulu's hit series, The Kardashians, on Thursday, while chatting with sister Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick.
Then, speaking to the camera to offer more insight into her thoughts on the situation, Khloe explained she was in a "state of shock" surrounding her baby boy's birth.
