Key workers should keep their children at home “if at all possible” rather than sending them to school, ministers have said.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock also said that if one parent did not work - even if their partner was a key worker - then their children should stay at home.

It comes after the Government changed official advice to say that children of key workers should only attend school if their parents can’t work from home in yet another U-turn.
