Kevin Spacey has booked his first role since winning a sexual battery lawsuit brought against him by Star Trek: Discovery actor Anthony Rapp.

The 63-year-old actor picked up a role in an upcoming indie thriller, according to Variety. The movie is titled Control, and Spacey will be relegated strictly to a voice role like 'Kiefer Sutherland's in the 2002 movie Phone Booth,' according to the outlet.
