Kevin de Bruyne is set to miss Manchester City's Premier League clash with Arsenal on Saturday. De Bruyne suffered a muscle injury in Belgium's 2-1 defeat to England at Wembley on Sunday and was substituted late on.
The PFA Player of the Year withdrew from the Belgium squad to face Iceland and has returned to City for treatment from their medical team.
Roberto Martinez had claimed "it was more precaution that we had to avoid [something], he wasn't 100% percent." Sources close to De Bruyne revealed the injury is not serious, but is likely to keep him out of the Arsenal game.
