Kesha has plans to counterclaim against Dr Luke after New York's new anti-SLAPP law was put into place. They have been battling it out in the courtrooms since 2014 as Dr.
Luke hit back saying she had made false rape allegations. A judge ruled last year that Kesha published a false statement when she texted Lady Gaga to allege Dr.
Luke had raped another pop star. It was also ruled Dr. Luke was a private figure and didn't have to prove the singer made false allegations with malicious intent.
Judge Jennifer Schecter said: "Gottwald certainly is not a 'general public figure. "Although he may be well known in music-industry circles, he has never been a household name or achieved general pervasive fame and notoriety in the community.
