Spencer revealed last week that it would be a 'disservice' to pass his fortune down to the three children he shares with wife Vogue Williams; Theodore, Gigi and Otto.
And giving her opinion on the matter in her weekly column, Kerry argued that everything she does is for her brood of five, and dubbed Spencer 'hypocritical'.
Elsewhere in the column, Kerry revealed her thoughts on Meghan Markle's new Netflix documentary and detailed her most recent trip to Thailand.
