Kerry Katona has been seen out and about for the first time after shocking fans when she announced that she was 'single', hinting that she'd split from her fiancé of six years - Ryan Mahoney.

In the pictures, the proud mum of five sported a long black quilted coat., which she paired with a chic cream coloured round bag, while holding a bottle of water, a stark contrast to her typically bubbly demeanour, getting into her sports car.

After Kerry seemed to have announced her split from Ryan, in a shocking turn of events, the 44 year old has now confirmed it was part of a joke to cheer up her mum.

Kerry implied the end of their relationship in a bizarre exchange on Thursday, October 31.The revelation came as Kerry posted about visiting her ill mum Sue in hospital, who was rushed to A&E last month due to blood clots in her lungs.
