Mother-of-five Kerry was told she has Lipoedema, an abnormal build-up of fat in the legs and sometimes arms. The condition, which is more common in women, can be painful and affect daily life, according to the NHS.
But Kerry hasn't let the diagnosis hold her back and has been committed to working out and sharing it on Instagram. During one, she jokingly issued a 'warning' to her fans as she found herself stripping off during her sweaty session.
The 42-year-old filmed herself working up a sweat in just a black bra and matching knickers. She captioned the post: "WARNING Avert your eyes in now Yes that’s right no f@@king filters!!
