Now, the model is again facing backlash for the venture after new adverts for the tequila brand were released this week. The series of adverts were posted on the brand's Instagram earlier this week and feature shots of farmers working on the agave farm in Jalisco, where her product operation is running.
Kendall is a big feature of each of the adverts, wearing a cowboy hat and pigtails and in one scene riding a horse through the farm.
The adverts have prompted fresh accusations of cultural appropriation from people who feel the brand is exploitative of Mexican culture.
