Kelsey Parker said her final goodbyes to her husband Tom Parker at his funeral on 20th April. And now the star has revealed she is making arrangements to turn his ashes into jewellery - so she, Tom's mum Noreen and their children can always have a piece of the star close to their heart. “It will be something really special the kids can have and it will be given to them at a certain time, but I don't know when yet," she told us.

Tom tragically passed away on 30 March this year following an 18-month battle with stage 4 glioblastoma brain tumour. While time can be a healer, three months on Kelsey's grief comes in waves as she explained to us she misses her "best friend." Talking to OK!, Kelsey, who shares children Aurelia, two, and 20-month-old Bodhi with her late husband, said: "The last few months have been massively up and down.

But I get up and get on with it for my kids. I’ve got to continue and I have to actually pave something for them. I am the mum now so that’s it.

She continued: "They have lost their dad so they need me to be as strong as possible for them at the moment. I think people are like, ‘Wow, I can’t believe she is actually dealing with it,’ but I don’t really have any other choice but to deal with it." The dancer added that she's been brutally honest with her children when it comes to where their father is and told daughter Aurelia he is "dead" and with the "angels and butterflies" to avoid confusion. “We’ve been really careful of the words we’ve used, because if you say, ‘Daddy has gone to sleep,’ I don’t want her to be scared to go to sleep," the 32 year old explained "Now she won’t have the confusion when she goes to school and she’s talking to people.
