Like a rainbow: Kelly Rowland, 41, lit up the Disney World Resort in a multi-colored ensemble, consisting of pleated pants, wrap-around top and heelsThe outfit was a combination of yellow, red, pink and white, while her heels had one simple gold-colored strap across the top of her feet.The wrap-around top was designed to have a loose fitting and came up to near the top of her neck, almost resembling a turtleneck.

On this day, she opted to wear her dark tresses styled long, with plenty of natural curls, and predominantly flipped over to her left without any visible part.

The former Destiny's Child member took part in the 15th anniversary Disney Dreamers Academy, an inspiring and transformational mentorship program Fan friendly: The singer greeted fans and some of the 100 high school students who were selected to receive the all-expenses-paid trip along with one parent or guardian to Walt Disney World to take part in the mentoring program from March 3-6At one point, Rowland and fashion designer Tracey Power waved to fans while being paraded in a special Dreamers Academy vehicle.This 15th anniversary year marks the return of the in-person experience after the 2020 program was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic and transitioned into a virtual program series.The Disney Dreamers.
