Kelly Clarkson's stalker has been arrested again as she has violated the terms of the restraining orders 12 times just a week after the popular singer was granted a permanent restraining order.The 40-year-old Kelly Clarkson Show host's stalker Huguette Nicole Young was arrested outside of the star's San Fernando Valley home on Wednesday night according to a Thursday report from TMZ.Clarkson has already been granted a temporary restraining order in addition to a permanent one last week, however,  Young has now violated the terms of the restraining order a dozen times.

Perhaps the most bizarre detail is that Young has repeatedly shown up exactly at 8:59pm but there has been no explanation for the time significance according to TMZ.Insiders also told TMZ that the star is so concerned that she does not allow her children to step outside the gate at night.

It was reported that the stalker has had a history spanning a decade with Clarkson as she first tracked her down at her home in Nashville before following her out to Los Angeles.
