The 39-year-old singer originally listed the house on the market back in 2017 for $8.75 million and has been gradually lowered the price over time.
The home was brought down to the asking price of $6.95 million back in January and it sold for that price just a few months later, according to the New York Post.
The mansion is located 30 minutes from Nashville and Kelly purchased the home in 2012 for just $2.86 million.
