Kelly Clarkson, 39, and ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, 45, have finally settled their divorce after seven years of marriage, with Kelly landing primary custody of the children, River, 7, and Remington, 5, and Brandon, who lives in Montana, getting the children for one weekend a month, TMZ reported on Feb.

8. Although Brandon gets the kids one weekend thus far, he was granted $45,600/month in child support plus $115,000 per month in spousal support.

It may sound like a major win for Brandon, however Kelly still reportedly makes around $20 million per year. HollywoodLife has reached out to both Kelly and Brandon’s reps and lawyers for comment.

As for their Montana ranch, Kelly will keep the property, but Brandon will be allowed to live there until June 1 of this year, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
