The 47-year-old comedian, who plays cheeky alter ego Keith Lemon on television, took to Instagram to say sorry for his 2002 adult sketch show where he played versions of Mel B, Craig David, Michael Jackson and Trisha Goddard.
In a tearful video, Leigh admitted that he didn't realise how offensive it was at the time, but now he does.
