The Anna Karenina actress told NET-A-PORTER she banned the likes of Cinderella and Little Mermaid (among endless others) but has changed her mind now that her eldest daughter Edie, five, is old enough.
Speaking to Porter, Keira said: ‘She’s watched all of them now. When we watched Sleeping Beauty, she said, “It’s not ok that man kissed her without her permission!” ‘I can’t tell you how pleased I was.
If I don’t do anything else, I’ve managed to drum that in!’ Edie finally gets to sing along to the genius that is Mulan and we’re happy for her.
