The “Daisies” singer, 35 — who’s a been a frequent guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show for years — shared her support for the host, 63, in a series of tweets on August 4. “I know I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience besides my own but I want to acknowledge that I have only ever had positive takeaways from my time with Ellen & on the @theellenshow,” Katy, who’s currently pregnant with her first child, wrote in a tweet, labeled “1/2.” She continued, “I think we all have witnessed the light & continual fight for equality that she has brought to the world through her platform for decades.
