Katy Perry isn’t delaying her forthcoming fifth studio album because she plans on writing “a whole nother record” after giving birth this summer (2020).

The 35-year-old singer dropped the lead single from her new record, Daisies, on Friday (May 15, 2020), and confirmed an album is set to follow in the next few months. “I have this body of work and there was a question of, do I wait until next year?
