Katie, 46, pouted for the camera while Harvey slept next to her in the snap, which was shared to her Instagram Stories. She looked visibly different after undergoing the procedure in Istanbul, Turkey earlier this month.
The mum-of-five later shared more videos and photos on her Stories later, including many of her wearing a bikini and an oversized hoodie.
