In her newest YouTube video, which was filmed the day of her surgery last week, Katie got her old casts removed as she prepared to go under the knife.
The former glamour model, 42, broke her feet while on holiday to Turkey after she jumped off a wall that was higher than she thought.
As the surgeon pulled the plaster away her feet looked bruised and swollen. She was then taken to theatre where surgeons worked for eight hours to mend her feet, before finding they were "mangled".
