The former glamour model, 42, suffered the terrible injury during an accident on her holiday to Turkey with new boyfriend Carl Woods, 31, and her kids Junior, 15, and Princess, 13.
Katie won't be able to walk for up to six months as she recovers from the accident, and will need surgery. It's said she's cutting her holiday short and preparing to fly back to the UK for treatment.
Sharing the image, she praised her boyfriend for looking after her. She wrote: "Yes it’s true I have broken my ankles and my feet , I have to have both feet operated on and pins put in been told I won’t be able to walk for 3 to 6 months ,
