Clad in a black hoodie, the mum-of-five appeared nonchalant about pulling out her vape and inhaling while the train was still in motion and filled with passengers.
Although there is no UK law prohibiting vaping in public places, most service providers have rules in place for their stations and services.
Vaping on public transport may result in being asked to stop or leave the vehicle, with repeated offences potentially leading to a ban from the service.
